Quote-related customer care

When you check the optional SMS box on a quote form, you agree to receive texts from the local quartet named on that form about your requested quote. Messages may include a quote acknowledgment, availability or event-detail questions, quote follow-ups, and conversational booking support. This program does not send unrelated promotions or cold outreach.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your quote and conversation. Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier's messaging terms and charges apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation and will send no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email info@listeso.com.

Optional consent

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase and is not required to submit a quote request. You may leave the phone field blank or leave the SMS box unchecked.
