Scope

This policy explains how Listeso Music Group, Inc. and the local quartet brand named on a quote form use information connected to quote-related text messages. It applies when someone asks for an event quote and optionally agrees to continue that conversation by text.

Information we collect

We may collect the phone number provided with a quote request, the checkbox decision, the date and time of that decision, the quartet name, the page where consent was given, and messages exchanged about the requested quote or booking.

How we use and share mobile information

We use mobile information to respond about the requested quote, availability, event details, and related customer care. We do not sell mobile information. We will not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

We may share mobile information with service providers that help us deliver and operate the messaging service, such as communications, hosting, and database providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Choice, retention, and security

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving a quote or making a purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. We retain consent and messaging records as needed for customer service, compliance, security, and legal purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
